KCIC is excited to officially introduce a terrific new hire class, a group of recent graduates from nine distinguished institutions.
For the 2023-2024 recruiting cycle, we sought to further strengthen our relationships with schools in both the Washington D.C. and Chicago areas. We attended a variety of school events — including career fairs and a consulting expo — and connected with hundreds of students across all our target schools. This year, we actively participated in recruiting events at Georgetown University, Northwestern University, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, University of Richmond, the College of William & Mary, and the University of Virginia.
As in years past, our recruiting efforts have been driven by our commitment to fostering an inclusive environment where all members of the KCIC community can thrive. We proudly continue to sponsor the Diversity Liaison program at the University of Virginia and support diversity programming at William & Mary. We are continuously on the lookout for new opportunities to reach and support students with career aspirations that align with our core values.
To this point, KCIC is already implementing exciting new initiatives for our 2024-2025 recruiting cycle efforts. We have been actively partnering with college and university career centers and scheduling calls to discuss the optimal strategies to reach the best talent at each of our target schools. Recognizing the importance of building genuine connections with students — and long-term partnerships with institutions and faculty — we have already strengthened our recruiting presence through career fairs, on-campus coffee chats, and in-class presentations.
We are also excited to highlight the ongoing expansion of our Chicago office! Two of our new consultants, both from Northwestern University, are beginning their roles in the Windy City. As we increase our presence in Chicago, we look forward to launching more dynamic recruiting initiatives in the region in the future.
Overall, our increased efforts at target schools were designed to cultivate relationships, enhance our visibility, and ultimately attract top talent to KCIC. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone at KCIC who played a vital role in making the onboarding process seamless. Recruitment efforts are not undertaken by the recruitment team alone. These efforts rely on the assistance of nearly everyone at the company, and they are central to upholding our core values. We thank all who volunteered their time to help.
Now, let’s welcome the KCIC New Hire Class of 2024!
