Carrie Scott is KCIC’s technology lead, both in operations/infrastructure and for development. “I work with a talented group of people to make sure our technology stays innovative and top of the line to support our client’s needs,” she says. “I also focus on the Consulting side of our practice, leading many clients through their day-to-day and long-term strategic goals.”
Carrie particularly enjoys sinking her teeth into larger data analysis and transition projects. “I get to combine my interest in data analysis with my strong organizational tendencies,” she says.
Besides having a practical understanding of how to identify a client’s needs and potential solutions, she is passionate about helping her clients succeed. “I work hard for and care for their overall well-being,” she says.
Carrie is called upon to provide expert testimony for cases involving client claims administration procedures, insurance allocation and billing practices, proof of underlying exhaustion, and data migration, as well as database analysis and construction. She also speaks on such subjects at industry events.
Outside of work, Carrie cherishes time with her son — especially playing soccer and basketball with him. As a former collegiate rower, she further ignites her sports passion by getting to the gym regularly and returning to the river to row as much as possible.
